From April 11, 2017, Sa Punta will open its doors to offer the best of traditional Mediterranean cuisine designed by professionals of the sector and based on local products of the highest quality. Diego Zimmermann and Oscar Manchado Trillo are the chefs who run this carefully chosen team to show the best of our gastronomy. Inside your menu you will find meat, fish and fresh seafood from the region itself.
To accompany the unique enclave and its culinary offer, Sa Punta offers a new menu of classic cocktails with avant-garde twists cooked with foams, syrups and homemade infusionados, using in their recipe regional flora such as rosemary, mint and basil grown in the same surroundings Of the local and a selection of distillates of maximum quality.
This restaurant complements the Mediterranean landscape for more than 20 years and is already prepared to make this 2017 a new season in which to offer the best of the land and of each of its workers.
